How We Accept Payments

At Pet Supplies, we want your shopping experience to be as easy and flexible as possible. We offer multiple payment options to suit every customer.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Prefer to pay when your order arrives? No problem. We accept Cash on Delivery across our supported delivery zones. Simply select this option at checkout and have the exact amount ready when your order is delivered.

2. Google Pay: For a fast, secure, one-tap checkout experience, we accept Google Pay. No need to manually enter your card details — just authenticate and you're done.

3. Card Payment (Visa / Mastercard): You can manually enter your credit or debit card details at checkout. All card transactions are securely processed through Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. We do not store your card information. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never saved on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant, meaning your payment data is protected to the highest industry standard.

4. Tabby — Buy Now, Pay Later: We’ve partnered with Tabby to give you the flexibility to split your purchase into easy, interest-free instalments. Simply select Tabby at checkout and follow the steps to set up your payment plan, subject to Tabby’s approval and terms.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. For COD orders, confirmation is sent upon order placement.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails, please check that your card details are entered correctly and that your bank has not blocked the transaction. You may also try an alternative payment method or contact your bank directly. For further assistance, reach out to us at support@petsupplies.ae.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns are processed back to the original payment method. Card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer — please ensure your bank details are provided when raising a return request.

All transactions on petsupplies.ae are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
