At Petsupplies.ae, we are committed to providing high-quality pet products. Our warranty policy covers eligible electronic products against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

• All eligible electronic pet products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
• If your product develops a manufacturing or functional defect during the warranty period, you may submit a warranty claim for inspection.
  

Items Covered Under Warranty

The warranty applies to electronic pet products, including but not limited to:

• Automatic Pet Feeders
• Pet Water Fountains
• Automatic Litter Boxes
• Pet Grooming Devices
• Pet Dryers
• Pet Cameras & Smart Monitoring Devices
• Other electronic pet accessories sold by Petsupplies.ae
  

Items Not Covered Under Warranty

• Consumable or replaceable parts such as filters, brushes, batteries, bowls, cartridges, and similar accessories
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation
  Physical damage, accidental drops, cracks, or broken parts
• Water or liquid damage (unless the product is specifically designed to be waterproof)
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Damage resulting from using non-recommended chargers, adapters, or accessories.
  

Warranty Claim Conditions

• The product must be within the warranty period.
• A valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase is required.
• The product must be returned to Petsupplies.ae for inspection.
• Our technical team will inspect the item to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
• If the claim is approved, Petsupplies.ae will repair or replace the product at its discretion.
• The final warranty decision will be made by Petsupplies.ae after inspection.
